We are looking for a dynamic Sell Thru Specialist (W/M) to play a key role in enhancing the consumer experience, brand visibility, and accelerating stock rotation by leveraging the sell thru toolbox delivered by the Brand. The role's primary focus is to ensure adequate Brand and Product presence in the assigned stores through visual merchandising, maximise sales through higher conversion actions, enhance store relationships, and report back to the business on important indicators.
- In-store visibility - VM responsible: Visit assigned stores after first seasonal drop and regularly to implement best-in-class execution of Salomon branding and products. Ensure brand and products are in the right space, visible, and re-arrange if needed. Manage shop windows and engagement zones, coordinating Salomon branding spaces construction.
- Sell-out support: Carry out promo/sell-thru days/demo days. Support campaigns and drive-to-store consumer events and activations. Identify and facilitate potential stock replenishment/return opportunities and submit reorder proposals to salespeople.
- Shop Pro engagement: Deliver store staff Brand and product training at store level and bigger clinics. Manage relationships with Shop Pros and develop their Brand love. Support for trade fairs and local events where applicable.
- Stores KPIs reporting: Brand visibility reporting with recommendations for improvement. Periodically create summaries from trainings including statistics and feedback. Monitor sell thru performance where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field or similar education in VM or Retail Management.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in VM, training, sales or Trade Marketing. Sportstyle/Sport industry experience or passion for fashion & sport is an advantage.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office. Fluent English.
Additional Information:
- Contract: Permanent, full time.
- Driving License mandatory.
- Location: Manchester + North UK to cover.
- Ready to travel more than 80%, do overnight stays and work on weekends.
