Your role:

  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
  • Accompany and advise customers to provide them with a high-level customer experience, propose complementary products (additional sales).
  • Be proficient in sales techniques and the digital tools available in store to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized.
  • Be confident at cash handling.
  • Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles.
  • Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.

Additionally, you will be responsible for leading training sessions for the Retail Team, supporting the onboarding process for new starters and liaising with the Retail Training Team in HQ (France). This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and retail.
  • You love interacting with people and sharing your enthusiasm with the team.
  • Passion and knowledge of Salomon's core sports.
  • Team player.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that can include evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Permanent contract, full-time.
