Job Title: Sales Associate (permanent part-time, 16 hours/week) – Salomon Store, Ellesmere Port
This role involves delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to store sales through product knowledge and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales
- Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-level customer experience and propose complementary products
- Be proficient in sales techniques and the digital tools available in-store to provide outstanding customer service
- Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and keep the stockroom clean and well-organized
- Be confident at cash handling
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles
- Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture
This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
