Schedule: 10h/week; Weekends are a must; availability during the week is also a bonus. You are able to work store opening hours: 10-21 Mon‑Sat and 12-6 Sunday.
Your role:
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
- Accompany and advise customers to provide them with a high-level customer experience, proposing complementary products (additional sales).
- Be proficient in sales techniques and the digital tools available in store to provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized.
- Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles.
- Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.
This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
