Job Description: Interested in a career in retail? Passionate about the outdoors? We are looking for a Sales Associate for a permanent position, part-time (10 hours/week) in our Salomon Store in Westfield London. Weekends are a must, availability during the week is also a bonus. You are able to work store opening hours: 10-21 Mon-Sat and 12-6 Sunday.
Your role:
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
- Accompany and advise customers to provide them with a high-level customer experience, proposing complementary products.
- Be proficient in Sales Techniques and the Digital Tools available in store to provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized.
- Be confident at cash handling.
- Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles.
- Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.
This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
