As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building and leading a high‑performing store team, ensuring:

  • Set goals are achieved
  • The brand standards are properly followed
  • Delivery of operational excellence

You will provide the highest level of customer experience and assist with delivering the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Sales Associates with their personal and career development. You will also act as a Training Ambassador for the store team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

  • You will motivate and inspire the team, linking to the vision for the store, reflecting the brands core competencies and behaviours
  • You will manage people, operations, and the store environment to achieve all set out goals and operational standards

Customer Service

  • You will act as a role model, instilling the importance of customer service to the team and follow up through training
  • You will be present and visible on the shop floor, interacting with customers and team members

Operations

  • You will ensure the company policy and procedures are communicated in a timely manner and adhered to accordingly
  • You will assist the Store Manager to meet or exceed budgeted store contribution
  • You will monitor a loss prevention program to protect the company’s inventory and assets

Training

  • You will assist the new hire onboarding process, ensuring education on products and selling tools
  • You will support staff development by training and coaching the in-store team ensuring they achieve sales goals and meet brand standards

Marketing / Events

  • You will develop and execute store events alongside the Store Manager and Community Marketing Experts with the goal to drive traffic and increase community involvement
  • You will support the Store Manager in marketing analysis and recaps

You are a dynamic and motivated professional with a genuine passion for the sports industry, outdoor activities, and fashion. You know how to inspire and guide a team while ensuring high operational standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.

What You Bring:

  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team, with at least 2 years of Retail management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret business trends and use reporting to boost sales
  • Excellent multitasking, planning, and organizational abilities
  • A solid background in customer service and a commitment to delivering best‑in‑class retail experiences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications.

You are proactive, results‑oriented, and thrive in a customer‑focused environment where you can actively contribute to the brand’s success.

Store Opening Hours: 10am to 9pm Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 6pm Sunday
