We are looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our Retail Team. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager to build and lead a high-performing store team. They will need to be hands-on, ensuring that the daily tasks are done and overseeing all the expertise available in-store. Checks that the brand standards are properly followed. Delivers operational excellence. Provides the highest level of customer experience and assists with delivering the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Sales Associates with their personal and career development. Acts as a Training Ambassador for the store team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail.
- Strong customer service experience with a drive to provide best-in-class retail experiences.
- Ability to analyze business trends and reporting to drive sales.
- Passionate about the sports industry.
- Proficient in English and MS Office.
