We are looking for a
Sales Associate / Key Holder for a permanent full-time position in our new Salomon Store in
Liverpool
Your role
To perform this job successfully, you will
Use exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
- Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-level customer experience
, propose complementary products (additional sales).
- Be responsible for opening and closing the store.
- Handle cash confidently, including refunds/exchanges and completing start/end of day cash procedures.
- Be proficient in Sales Techniques and the Digital Tools available in store to provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensuring that the stockroom is clean and well-organized.
- Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles.
- Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.
This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service and retail.
