The purpose of the role

The Head of Creatio Practice leads the Group's Creatio technical delivery capability. The role is accountable for the quality, consistency, and capacity of the technical specialist team, both onshore and offshore, working across Creatio implementation and integration projects.

How will you spend your time?

Technical leadership of Creatio delivery

Own the technical quality of Creatio implementation and integration work across all client engagements. Act as the senior technical escalation point for the practice.

Team leadership, onshore and offshore

Lead and develop the team of Creatio technical specialists. Set clear expectations, provide day-to-day direction, and make sure onshore and offshore resource is working as one team rather than two. Manage workload and capacity planning across live projects and pipeline.

Delivery standards and Ways of Working

Own and evolve the technical standards, estimation approach, and delivery playbook for Creatio projects, working closely with the Group's wider Ways of Working framework. Make sure Scope of Work discipline is followed on every engagement, so projects are scoped, estimated, and delivered consistently .

Pre-sales and scoping support

Provide technical input into the pre-sales process, working with sales and business analysis colleagues supporting estimation, solution design, and technical risk assessment at bid stage.

Capability, certification and development

Build and maintain a certified, capable Creatio team. Own the certification roadmap for the practice, identify skills gaps, and put development plans in place so the team's capability keeps pace with the platform and with client demand.

Platform and partner relationship

Act as the practice's day-to-day point of contact with Creatio as a platform and partner. Stay current on product roadmap and new capability, and make sure this is reflected in how the Group scopes and delivers projects.

Commercial contribution

Contribute to the commercial health of the practice, supporting accurate estimation, protecting margin on delivery, and flagging risk on troubled engagements early. Work with account management to keep existing clients well served and to support growth of the Creatio client base.

It’s important you’re experienced in…

• Strong hands-on Creatio experience, ideally including certification, gained across multiple implementation or integration projects.
• Experience leading or mentoring a technical team, including managing offshore or nearshore resource.
• Comfortable working closely with pre-sales and business analysis colleagues on scoping and estimation, not just delivery.
• A practical, standards-driven approach to delivery — someone who improves consistency rather than working around it.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
• Proven experience designing solutions that align with client requirements, leverage the broader .NET/Azure/AWS ecosystem, and remain commercially viable.
• Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple industry sectors and verticals.
• Confident leading client discussions and technical workshops, translating complex technical requirements into clear business language for audiences ranging from C-suite executives to end users.
