Salocin Group is seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst to provide responsive, high‑quality first‑line IT support across all staff, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and in line with SLA commitments within an ITIL framework.
You will manage Microsoft 365 access, provisioning and revocation across SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps, and connected apps; triage incidents; support onboarding and offboarding; monitor Azure Monitor and Defender alerts; and assist with hardware, software deployment.
