Warehouse Operative (Blackburn, Various Shift Patterns)

We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Distribution Centre as Warehouse Operatives. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring products reach stores and customers accurately, efficiently, and on time.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to hold a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence and be confident operating in a warehouse environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Picking, packing, and processing store and customer orders with accuracy
  • Working towards and achieving daily productivity and performance targets
  • Using warehouse systems (WMS) to record and track stock movements
  • Supporting different areas of the warehouse as needed
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation
  • Following all health & safety procedures and site rules
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and Team Leaders to keep operations running smoothly
