We’re looking for a Territory Manager to lead and inspire our store teams across the UK & ROI, driving outstanding performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on developing people, driving commercial success, and building strong partnerships across a business.

The Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and development of a large portfolio of stores, leading District Managers and store teams to deliver exceptional results. You’ll focus on sales growth, operational excellence, and people development, ensuring our stores put customers at the centre of everything they do. You will also act as a key ambassador for your territory, building strong relationships across the organisation and creating a culture of collaboration and accountability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and deliver a territory business plan focused on sales growth, profitability and operational KPIs
  • Analyse business data and reports to identify opportunities to improve performance and increase market share
  • Forecast and report on sales and overall territory performance
  • Lead, coach and inspire District Managers and store teams to deliver their best performance
  • Build an engaging culture focused on growth, development and accountability
  • Identify and develop talent, creating a strong pipeline for future leadership
  • Ensure stores consistently deliver professional, customer-focused service
  • Coach teams to build strong customer relationships and loyalty
  • Support local engagement initiatives that strengthen our presence in the community
  • Maintain strong operational standards across all stores in your territory

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with strong leadership and a passion for people development. You may be a great fit if you have:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in senior multi-site management or leading field-based teams
  • Proven success delivering sales growth and operational performance across multiple locations
  • Experience building and executing regional or divisional business plans
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire and develop teams at all levels
  • Excellent business acumen and confidence using data to inform decisions
  • The ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions within an organisation
  • Experience in retail, beauty or related industries would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
