Overview
At Sally Europe, we believe beauty is for everyone — and that includes the experiences we create online. We\’re looking for a passionate Senior eCommerce UI/UX Designer to lead the way in shaping how our customers connect with our digital world.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and delivery of user-centred design across all Sally Europe websites.
- Maintain and evolve our UX roadmap, integrating customer insight and industry best practices.
- Optimise and manage customer experience tools (think A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics).
- Champion accessible, responsive, and inclusive design standards.
- Line-manage and mentor a Designer, supporting their development and workload.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer experience improvements with business goals.
- Own customer journey mapping, wireframing, and high-quality design delivery.
- Promote the value of UX/UI through storytelling, insight-sharing, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 3+ years\’ experience in UX/UI or digital design, ideally in eCommerce.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Experience developing and managing design systems.
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong grasp of CRO, accessibility, and usability.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions — A/B testing, heatmaps, GA4, etc.
- Bonus points for experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or AI design applications.
