We’re looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Administrator to join our collaborative HR team and help deliver an efficient, supportive, and high quality HR service across the business. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting a wide range of HR administration activities
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Preparing employee correspondence and documentation
  • Managing new starter processes, including contracts and right-to-work checks
  • Supporting payroll and recruitment administration where required
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Ensuring HR files and processes remain compliant and up to date
  • Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and priorities

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in administration or HR administration
