In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver for our customers — making sure every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping customers by phone and email with questions, orders, and feedback.
  • Investigating and resolving issues with empathy and fairness.
  • Keeping clear and accurate records of every interaction.
  • Working with other teams — from Operations to Legal — to find the right solutions.
  • Sharing customer insights to help us continually improve.

What You’ll Bring

  • Around 2 years’ experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident, friendly, and clear.
  • A genuine love of helping people.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.
  • Familiarity with customer service systems and Microsoft Office tools.
