About the Role

As our Estates Manager, you’ll take the lead on developing and managing our UK property estate. This is a high-impact role, where you’ll shape strategy, reduce risks and costs, and ensure our spaces are safe, functional, and aligned with our business goals. From store acquisitions to lease negotiations and facilities management, you\\\’ll be the go-to expert for all things estates-related.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on property strategy, development plans, and identifying opportunities for new sites or improvements
• Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and service charges with a focus on cost-effectiveness and compliance
• Manage property maintenance, facilities operations, and external service providers
• Ensure all locations are safe, well-maintained, and aligned with company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing multi-site property estates (ideally retail)
• Skilled in negotiations, budgeting, and building strong stakeholder relationships
• Confident decision-maker with excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Sound understanding of UK property law, health and safety, and facilities best practices
• Experience across European property markets is a plus
