This is more than just a merchandising role — it’s your opportunity to shape how our customers discover and fall in love with our products online. If you’re a data-savvy storyteller who’s passionate about digital, driven by results, and excited by the fast-paced world of beauty and retail, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create meaningful campaigns: Plan and launch compelling digital promotions in line with key business goals, using insights to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Optimise the online experience: Use analytics to understand customer behaviour and continuously improve our merchandising strategy, site navigation, and product presentation.
  • Drive product discovery: Ensure all new products and brands are easily found and celebrated on-site, with impactful merchandising and clear messaging.
  • Curate our digital shelf: Own the merchandising schedule, make smart decisions about onsite real estate, and support a smooth shopping journey for all customers — especially as we continue to grow our retail offering.
  • Be customer-obsessed: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving shopper behaviour to ensure we stay one-step ahead.
  • Support the wider team: Collaborate across functions including marketing, trading, customer service, and digital development — teamwork makes the dream work.

About You:

  • Experience in an eCommerce trading or merchandising role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a laser focus on sales and margin.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and making insight-driven decisions.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and always ready to take initiative.
  • Able to thrive both independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or web analytics tools? That’s a bonus!
