We’re looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in shaping how our people experience work. This role is all about building trust, strengthening relationships, and ensuring that our policies and processes are fair, clear, and people-centred.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide clear, accurate advice to managers and employees on a wide range of ER matters.
• Coach leaders to make confident and effective HR decisions.
• Lead and support complex ER cases, including grievances, performance matters, restructures, and Employment Tribunal preparation.
• Work closely with our HR teams and legal partners to ensure our approach aligns with legislation and best practice.
• Review, develop and improve our HR policies, ensuring they are modern, inclusive and easy to use.
• Help shape digital initiatives and streamline processes to make our ER operations more efficient.
• Use data and trends to recommend improvements, guide decision-making, and develop tailored training for managers.
• Support people-focused projects across HR, including change initiatives, TUPE and re‑organisation activity.

What you’ll bring

• Experience handling a range of complex ER issues
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
• Great communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to stay organised, proactive and solution‑focused
