Join our Merchandising team at Sally Europe as a Category Admin Assistant on a 12 Month FTC, where your precision, collaboration, and drive will make a real difference.
What You'll Do
You'll be an essential part of our Category Management team, helping to bring new products to life in our systems and stores.
You'll take ownership of vital data processes and support the full product lifecycle - from setup to markdowns and everything in between.
- Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Coordinating new product setup, including SKUs, pricing, images, and content
- Managing data input and updates across AX and JDA systems
- Supporting lifecycle management, including channel changes and markdowns
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams (Supply Chain, Online, Content, Marketing)
- Providing clear, helpful communication to stores and support teams
- Maintaining strong working relationships across our UK and European teams
About You
We're looking for someone who's naturally organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering great service.
You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- Ideally, You'll Have
- Previous experience in an administrative or retail support role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Great time management and ability to prioritise under pressure
- IT proficiency and confidence with data input and accuracy A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in retail and merchandising
Bonus if you have experience in retail buying, category management, or head office roles - but it's not essential.
