Salix is excited to announce two new Cloud Platforms Administrator roles within our Data, Technology, and Workplace (DTW) team. Working with platforms like Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce and Microsoft 365 you\’ll play a key role in delivering seamless cloud-based solutions that support our mission.
Administer and support core cloud platforms, focusing initially on NetSuite and M365 and Salesforce
Deliver high-quality application support and manage permissions, configuration, and user access.
Resolve technical issues by accurately documenting and managing user tickets with tools like Jira or Service Desk Plus.
Support ERP/CRM platforms across their full lifecycle, from deployment to retirement.
Enhance user functionality with automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced Excel, or PowerApps.
Collaborate on enterprise-scale data migrations or transitions.
Provide workplace training and documentation to empower employees in using cloud platforms effectively.
Maintain platform security, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
To excel in this role, you’ll need the following skills or knowledge:
Competency with Microsoft tools like SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
SQL DBA and Azure-hosted service management skills are a bonus.
An understanding of IT service methodologies (e.g., ITIL) and information security best practices.
