About the Role
As a Process Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening Salix’s operational capabilities as we deliver increasingly complex public sector decarbonization schemes, including the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS).
You’ll lead the design, implementation, and governance of key operational processes, ensuring they are efficient, standardized, and aligned with scheme requirements. Collaborating with teams across Delivery, Data, Technology & Workplace, and Housing, you’ll drive process improvements, support system integration, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Ownership & Governance: Maintain and update core delivery processes, establish governance practices, and ensure clear documentation.
- Process Efficiency & Standardization: Streamline activities, align processes across schemes, and support system functionality improvements.
- Client Systems & Integration: Collaborate on client portal development and prioritize system updates to meet business needs.
- Training & Adoption: Coordinate process training for new starters and ensure smooth adoption of updates across teams.
