You’ll own the NetSuite platform that underpins Salix's finance and grants operations. That means designing, building and maintaining the customisations, integrations and workflows that keep loans and grants management running cleanly, while acting as the subject matter expert across the full product lifecycle.

You’ll be the person finance turns to when they need something built properly, and the person the technical team trusts to review the work going out.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Design, develop and maintain NetSuite customisations: workflows, scripts, custom records
  • Build and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms (think AccessPay, CreditSafe, Breadwinner)
  • Develop and maintain SuiteScript and SuiteFlow configurations
  • Translate finance team requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Produce documentation that actually gets used
  • Coach platform users so they get more value out of the system
  • Review work from internal team members and keep quality high
  • Engage with ITSM controls, ticketing (Service Desk Plus, Jira) and compliance processes
What You’ll Need
  • Experience with finance/ERP/CRM platforms, specifically NetSuite
  • Proven track record as a NetSuite Developer or Administrator
  • Strong grasp of NetSuite ERP finance modules
  • Hands-on with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and saved searches
  • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Functional understanding of information and application security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, plus the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Confidence presenting and leading forums
  • A self-starter who can also motivate the people around them
Nice to have
  • NetSuite certification
  • Experience with loans and grants management in public sector
  • Familiarity with AccessPay, CreditSafe, Breadwinner or similar middleware
