As a Learning and Development Specialist in Technology Platforms, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring Salix’s workforce is fully equipped to use our technology tools effectively and confidently. From the latest in M365 Suite and NetSuite to Salesforce, you’ll become the go-to expert in leveraging these platforms to drive success.
- Lead and Grow: Be the lead in creating and delivering tailored learning experiences and resources for staff.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver training sessions for groups and individuals, ensuring all learning needs are met.
- Create impactful resources, like user guides, manuals, and hints-and-tips tailored to our staff.
- Analyse the effectiveness of learning programmes and use feedback to continually improve.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance processes, identify skill gaps, and deliver innovative solutions.
