About the role
Our Cleaning Services Operatives provide customers living in low-rise properties and sheltered schemes with a first class cleaning service within the internal communal areas.
Our Cleaning Services Operatives 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday are responsible for the upkeep of defined blocks and schemes in relation to cleaning services.
Please be aware that this role requires a Full Uk driving Licence.
The role-What I’ll be doing
- Cleaning multiple Sheltered Schemes once a day
- Cleaning multiple Low Rise Blocks once a week
- Your duties would include Mopping, Hoovering, sweeping wiping down sills, cleaning windows, handrails, dusting, cleaning bin roomsetc
- Using an app on your mobileto record your daily tasks and health&safety checks.

- We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of cleaning and caretaking techniques, and someone who is passionate and has experience of delivering an outstanding level of service.
You should be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and working to ensure your work is completed to a high standard and thrive on a varied workload.
