The Night Facilities Service Team Leader will provide supervision to the Night Service Facilities Officers and support the Night Service Manager to deliver a professional, high quality service including security, CCTV, door entry, mobile patrols, anti-social behaviour and emergency response, lone working monitoring, business continuity response, emergency janitorial and Salix Homes’ emergency call centre.

You will be working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern starting at 6pm till 6am, as part of a team delivering a front-line service to meet customer demand at first point of contact.

What we’re looking for:

  • Self-motivated leader
  • Experience in supervising a team
  • Experience in customer service
  • Full valid driving licence
  • SIA CCTV licence - desirable but not essential
