We are looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join our housing management team at Salix Homes. The role requires a good understanding of the issues affecting disadvantaged communities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Allocations and lettings
- Anti‑social behaviour casework
- Domestic abuse and harassment cases
- Safeguarding and tenancy support
- Tenancy and estate management
- Tenancy changes / mutual exchanges / succession and assignment / leave in occupancy
- Investigation of tenancy fraud cases
You will be responsible for a defined geographical patch, acting as the custodian and resolving customer and community concerns.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced housing professional with relevant experience of providing customer‑facing services in a housing, community, or neighbourhood setting.
