Salix Homes is seeking two experienced Property Inspectors to join our Healthy Homes team.
You’ll inspect properties, identify housing condition issues including damp and mould, and work with customers, contractors and internal teams to deliver effective repairs and excellent service.
The role requires knowledge of HHSRS, property maintenance, and safety legislation, with IT skills and a full UK driving licence.
