This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You'll ensure full compliance with fire safety legislation, drive our Fire Risk Assessment programme, and provide clear, confident assurance to our Board and Leadership Team.

As the Fire Safety Manager, you will:
- Lead the organisation's Fire Safety Strategy and compliance programmes.
- Manage the Fire Risk Assessment programme, ensuring actions are prioritised, tracked and completed on time.
- Oversee fire safety compliance across our high-rise residential buildings, in line with the Building Safety Act.
- Lead the implementation of Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (RPEEPs).
- Manage contractors and service providers to deliver statutory compliance to the highest standards.
- Monitor performance, compliance data, budgets and regulatory risk, reporting clearly to senior leaders.
- Provide expert technical advice and assurance reporting to the Board and Leadership Team.
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of Property Safety Officers.
What we’re looking for:
- A Fire Safety Management qualification, or actively working towards one.
- Professional accreditation with IFSM, IFE or equivalent or a clear commitment to achieving it (we'll support you).
- Proven experience managing fire safety compliance within social housing or a residential property setting.
- Strong contractor and project management skills, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Confident leadership and stakeholder communication you're as comfortable presenting to a Board as you are coaching your team.
- Familiarity with compliance management systems, data reporting and the Building Safety Regime.
- Full UK driving licence.
