In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional services while embracing new challenges and opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead our customer and landlord services, including housing management, planned and reactive maintenance, and customer safety.
- Ensure compliance with the Regulator of Housing Consumer Standards and the Regulator of Building Safety.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, communication, and people development.
- Lead and inspire teams to create a culture of trust, inclusivity, and excellence.
- Work with stakeholders and partners to develop and deliver our Corporate Plan and meet the evolving needs of our communities.
