Location: Salford, Greater Manchester (Hybrid working – at least 2 days a week in the office, with high levels of flexibility to be in the office more when required)

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional services while embracing new challenges and opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead our customer and landlord services, including housing management, planned and reactive maintenance, and customer safety.
  • Ensure compliance with the Regulator of Housing Consumer Standards and the Regulator of Building Safety.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation, communication, and people development.
  • Lead and inspire teams to create a culture of trust, inclusivity, and excellence.
  • Work with stakeholders and partners to develop and deliver our Corporate Plan and meet the evolving needs of our communities.
