We have an exciting opportunity for a housing professional with the skills and knowledge to lead and manage our income collection and arrears management service.

You will be committed to meeting key performance targets and service standards and lead by example in the delivery of excellent customer service.

The role - What You’ll be doing

The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, customer focused Income Management Service. You will achieve this through providing direction and leadership to the income management team, maximising income collection and arrears recovery through current arrears collection, former tenant’s arrears collection and collection of sundry debts

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone to effectively manage all aspects of our income management functions by developing a high performing and highly motivated team with a strong ethos of customer care and support.

You will be someone who can confidently lead and direct the performance of the income team ensuring that income collection is optimised at all times within a culture of customer support.
