The Audio/Visual Classroom Technician provides front line technical support for classroom technology across campus classrooms, learning spaces, and conference rooms. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of audiovisual systems, classroom computers, and instructional technologies to ensure a reliable and effective teaching and learning environment.
Authority and Accountability
This position reports directly to the Help Desk Manager. There is no budget responsibility or authority.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Troubleshoot, install, and replace AV equipment
- 2 years of full time AVS support experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelors Degree
- Experience in maintaining Classroom AV systems
- Installation of projectors and peripherals
The position is a full-time, non-exempt state role with comprehensive benefits. Priority will be given to applicants who apply by May 4, 2026. However, the position will remain open until filled.
