The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead our three established supported living services in Wembley. All three homes are located next to each other, providing an excellent opportunity to effectively oversee a dedicated team and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Working alongside the Operations Lead and Deputy Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring our services remain person-centred, compliant, and focused on delivering exceptional support.

About the Service

The people we support have Autism and complex needs. Some individuals may present behaviours of concern, including property damage, self‑injury, or physical aggression. We are seeking a confident and resilient leader with experience managing teams in complex behavioural support environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of three supported living services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Inspire, coach and develop staff to deliver outstanding care.
  • Promote person-centred approaches and Positive Behaviour Support.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and quality assurance.
  • Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor service performance, staffing and budgets.
  • Drive the service vehicle when required.

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' management experience within supported living or a similar care setting.
  • At least 3 years' experience supporting adults with Autism.
  • At least 3 years' experience working with behaviours of concern.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Working Pattern

  • Full-time, permanent
  • 8‑hour shifts
  • Flexitime available
  • A combination of day shifts, occasional night shifts, weekends and on-call responsibilities may be required to meet the needs of the service.
