But were changing that, were working hard to make this a great place for a woman to work. The truth is, its a great job for anyone! We\’ve got excellent pay rates Trainee Drivers – £13.75 per hour (usually first 7weeks of employment whilst you are passing your test and learning the routes) Bus Drivers Monday to Friday rate £15 per hour Bus Drivers Saturday &Sunday rate £16 per hour Monday to Friday overtime rate £20 per hour Saturday and Sunday overtime rate £21.33 per hour Trainee drivers will start on £13.75 per hour from the first day of your training or induction period, increasing to £15 per hour Monday to Friday and £16 Saturday & Sunday, once you are driving solo. If you volunteer for additional work, you\’ll be paid £20 per hour on week days and £21.33 per hour at weekends. Plus, we get loads of discounts at major retail outlets including the big supermarkets, tech shops, DIY stores, clothes retailers and many more. If you want to join a supportive team and can deliver great customer service this could be just the job for you. Local knowledge of the area would be an advantage, but not essential. We have full time and part time vacancies for non-licence holders , as full training will be given, and for existing PCV licence holders . Our depots are based in Salisbury and Pewsey, and we will always try to accommodate your request of where you want to be based.
