Role Description .

The Accounts and Finance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position.

The person in this role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial processes are completed accurately, efficiently and on time, whilst maintaining strong financial controls.

The role will manage and develop the finance team, drive accountability and continuous improvement, and support the growth of the business through better processes, systems, automation and team performance.

Key responsibilities Leading the Finance Team Providing financial information to management and preparing reports Preparing year-end accounts Processing month-end Overseeing the purchase and sales ledger processes Ensuring Finance systems are used correctly Reviewing and preparing weekly and monthly stock schedules Fostering a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications Professional Accounting qualification is desirable - ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C) or equivalent Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting/finance Previous experience in managing finance teams is essential Advanced Excel skills Experience of working with Sage ...
