About the Company – Salisbury Poultry Ltd is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People Advisor to join our dedicated team. As we embark on ambitious growth plans, this new role will be pivotal to our success.
About the Role – Serve as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters, engaging in all stages of the employee life cycle. Advise, coach, and support line managers on performance management, employee relations, and HR policies. Support and manage employee relations cases effectively. Guide managers in addressing sickness absence cases. Implement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency. Collect and analyse employee data to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with Home Office sponsorship requirements and right-to-work checks. Manage HR administration. Champion and promote our organisational values. Support the implementation of HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities

Qualifications – Proven experience in a similar role. CIPD qualified to a level 5.
