About the Role
Develop and maintain BI solutions (e.g. dashboards, reports) using Power BI. Design and build data and data pipelines to support business analytical needs.
Responsibilities
- Write advanced SQL queries for data extractions, transformation, and analysis
- Analyse large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports and dashboards
- Monitor and improve BI system performance
- Create and maintain documentation related to BI processes, dashboards, and data models
- Promote automation where possible to avoid manual data transfers between systems
- Data safety, security and confidentiality
Experience
- Proven experience as BI Developer, data analyst or similar role
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to explain data and technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Qualification
Degree in computer science, data science, information systems, statistics or related field
