An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Clinical Fellow (CT1) to join the Plastic Surgery team at Salisbury District Hospital, where the successful candidate will collaborate with registrars, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Main duties of the job
Duties of the post
a) Support the provision and to develop further with clinical colleagues in all disciplines including primary and tertiary care, where appropriate, to provide an integrated service for patients.
b) Support the ongoing responsibility for patients under his/her Consultants\' care.
c) Support his/her consultant in providing a consultation service and advisory service to other clinical colleagues in other specialties within the Trust and Primary Care.
d) Support and participate in the development of the plastic surgery service, treatment protocols and guidelines and the greater knowledge in the management of plastic surgery activities.
e) Support his/her consultant to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with medial colleagues in other specialties and participate in regular clinical meetings and other post graduate activities.
f) Participate in the on-call rota on an equal basis with junior doctor colleagues to ensure that appropriate emergency services are provided out of normal working hours.
g) Take responsibility for own professional development. This will include attending appropriate courses and conferences and presenting topics for teaching sessions.
