  • A proven track record of new business development and the ability to consistently generate and convert opportunities.
  • A genuine “go-getter” mindset, proactive, energetic and commercially astute.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience advising retail and/or business clients on pensions, investments, retirement and estate planning.
  • Chartered status (CII) or close to achieving it.
  • Strong technical knowledge across investment planning, tax‑efficient strategies and retirement income solutions.

  • An office‑based structure designed to foster teamwork, mentoring and accountability.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will be:

  • Ambitious and commercially motivated.
  • Comfortable working with affluent and aspirational clients.
  • Highly professional in conduct, appearance, and communication.
  • Confident in articulating value and fees.
