About the role

Atlas is looking for new team members to work in David Lloyd Leisure. This is a zero‑hours cleaning role designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours guaranteed, shifts offered based on business needs. Flexible and able to support ad‑hoc cover when available. Accept or decline shifts offered. Pay rate: £12.71. Address: Worcester, WR3 8ZE.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Dedicate time onsite and seamlessly work with David Lloyd Leisure managers as part of the Atlas family.
  • Get inducted and trained within the first week on cleaning specification, equipment usage and shift handovers.
  • Provide high standard of customer care across shift hours.
  • Clean all gym areas (changing rooms, toilets, shower areas, stairs, landings, corridors, receptions) and furniture and fittings.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
  • Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About you

  • Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and customer confidence.
  • Good social skills to fit in with the David Lloyd Leisure Community and enhance customer experience.
