About The Role
Zero‑hours Cleaning role supporting operational cover across sites.
No minimum hours are guaranteed and shifts are offered based on business needs.
The successful candidate will have flexibility to accept or decline shifts as they become available.

- What you’ll be doing
- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week.
- Deliver the cleaning specification safely and effectively using the provided equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across all shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards and complete all required training.
- Work collaboratively within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn; prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to carry out the required tasks.
- Basic spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and client staff.
- Good social skills and a friendly, professional service delivery style.
- Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to the interview).
- Enhanced DBS check required for the role.
- Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process.
