About The Role

Zero‑hours Cleaning role designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum guaranteed hours; shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will be flexible and able to accept or decline shifts offered.

Location: Westbury, BA13 4JT (and other locations around the Westbury / Trowbridge areas)

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Note: Due to the nature of this position, candidates must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle or alternative means of reliable transport.

Responsibilities

  • Dedicate time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
  • Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials – full training provided.
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times, following Atlas’ guidelines.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

Qualifications

  • Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (train from scratch if required).
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication with the public and management.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK – please bring evidence to the interview.
  • Local to the area preferred.
