About The Role
- Days and hours: Monday - Friday 15:30 - 17:30 (42 weeks per year)
- Hourly Rate - £12.71
- Location: Wellingborough, NN8 4NS
- Although the role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dedicate your time on site to go the extra mile and seamlessly meet the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work.
- Learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
- Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times. Atlas will give you a full understanding of what to look out for.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
- Attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
- A passion for it would be amazing!
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English, for communication on safety and with members of the public and the management team at our client’s site.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview). This applies to both UK and Non-UK Nationals.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process for this role.
