About The Role

  • Days and hours: Monday - Friday 15:30 - 17:30 (42 weeks per year)
  • Hourly Rate - £12.71
  • Location: Wellingborough, NN8 4NS
  • Although the role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Dedicate your time on site to go the extra mile and seamlessly meet the needs of Atlas’ clients.
  • Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work.
  • Learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
  • Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times. Atlas will give you a full understanding of what to look out for.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

  • Attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
  • A passion for it would be amazing!
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic level of spoken English, for communication on safety and with members of the public and the management team at our client’s site.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview). This applies to both UK and Non-UK Nationals.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process for this role.
