About The Role

  • Days and Hours: Monday - Friday 15:30 - 18:30 (41 weeks per year / 38 weeks term time / 3 weeks deep clean).
  • Hourly Rate: £12.71.
  • Location: Street, BA16 0AD.
  • Although this role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread evenly so you receive a monthly payment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Dedicate your time on site to delivering a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Induction at the start of your contract and training within your first week to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
  • Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; Atlas will ensure you’re fully prepared.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

  • Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (or willingness to be trained from scratch).
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic spoken English for safety communication and confidence with the public and management team.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK – bring evidence. Applies to both UK and non-UK nationals.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process.
