Due to further growth, Atlas is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator with fantastic Customer Service and problem-solving skills. We're hoping to recruit a person who is compassionate toward people, quick on the draw when it comes to troubleshooting, and thrives under pressure. Ideally, someone who is based in the area and enjoys blending into a busy team.

What we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the operations management team in the field
- Liaising with Clients and our operatives to ensure their requests are dealt with efficiently and end with a positive outcome
- Assist with allocation/scheduling of operatives on our Time and Attendance system, along with recording sickness/absence
- Recruitment – advertise, shortlist, arrange interviews and complete necessary paperwork for new starters
- Ordering uniforms
- General administration duties to meet the needs of the business
Key Requirements:
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
- General working knowledge of software systems such as Word and Excel
- Great written and oral English language skills
- Personable and professional with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills
