About The Role

Atlas FM is recruiting a Cleaner at our client’s premises located in Warnham, Horsham (RH12 3RQ). The role works Monday‑Friday, 16:00‑20:00, with an hourly rate of £12.80.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dedicate your time onsite to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
  • Receive induction and training within the first week to learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment. Full training will be provided on site‑based equipment and cleaning materials.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care during shift hours.
  • Handle cleaning materials and replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
  • Empty litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and work within a team that goes the extra mile.

Essential Qualifications

  • Attitude to thrive; basic cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic spoken English for communication on safety and with people of the public and the management team.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (evidence required).
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Two satisfactory references required.
