About The Role

The days and hours: This is a zero-hours Cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered, and there may be an opportunity for the position to become permanent in the future, subject to operational requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
  • Induction at the start of your contract and training within your first week of work.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

  • Attitude to thrive and (if you lack experience) a willingness to be fully trained.
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to interview).
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Two satisfactory references required.
