About The Role

Hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 14:00

Hourly Rate: £14.00

Location: Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 5WY

What you’ll be doing:

  • Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
  • Induction at the start of your contract; Atlas will train you within the first week of work, covering the cleaning specification and equipment usage.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care through focus across different shift hours.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; Atlas will provide full preparation and understanding of safety requirements.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

We are looking for someone who is excited about making a difference, has a positive and friendly attitude, is local to the area, and can bring a strong work ethic to the role. Prior cleaning experience is not required if you possess the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic spoken English for communication on safety and with the public.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
