What you’ll be doing:
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Induction at the start of your contract; Atlas will train you within the first week of work, covering the cleaning specification and equipment usage.
- Provide a high standard of customer care through focus across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; Atlas will provide full preparation and understanding of safety requirements.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
We are looking for someone who is excited about making a difference, has a positive and friendly attitude, is local to the area, and can bring a strong work ethic to the role. Prior cleaning experience is not required if you possess the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic spoken English for communication on safety and with the public.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
