About The Role
- Days and hours: Monday – Friday 15:00 – 17:30 (38 weeks per year).
- Hourly Rate – £12.74.
- Location: Hinkley, Leicestershire, LE10 0TB.
- Your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What you’ll be doing
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work on delivering the cleaning specification and using the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
- Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (we can train from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with members of the public and the management team.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
- Enriched DBS check required.
- Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process.
