About The Role

  • Days and hours: Monday – Friday 15:00 – 17:30 (38 weeks per year).
  • Hourly Rate – £12.74.
  • Location: Hinkley, Leicestershire, LE10 0TB.
  • Your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What you’ll be doing

  • Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
  • Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work on delivering the cleaning specification and using the equipment.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

  • Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (we can train from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with members of the public and the management team.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
  • Enriched DBS check required.
  • Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process.
