Cleaning Supervisor in Ringwood

Overview

Atlas FM is looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor to work on client premises in Ringwood, Hampshire (BH24 1JY). The role is Monday–Friday, 18:30–21:00 with an hourly rate of £12.94. The successful candidate will supervise a cleaning team and ensure high cleaning standards for the client.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning specification to client’s standards.
• Provide high‑standard customer care across shift hours.
• Operate site equipment and manage cleaning supplies.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Cleaning experience and ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Positive and friendly attitude, good social skills and the ability to deliver service with a smile.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety and client communication.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Local to the area (Ringwood).
